FABULOUS ANSWERS QUEEN

Where are we?

R. de Santa Marta 35, 1150-295 Lisboa

Just off Avenida da Liberdade, one of Lisbon's most iconic avenues.

Central, easy, and close to everything you came to Lisbon for.

Do I need to do anything before I arrive?

No. We love to keep it simple. You can do everything upon arrival on our check-in kiosk.

However you can do a pre-check in following info on our welcome email. At this pre-check you will be able add extras to your stay.

What do I do once I arrive there?

Check-in is at 4pm & check-out is 11am.

You will receive the code to the front door and the necessary instructions to access your room key via email.

When you arrive all you need is to check in at our Kyosk, grab your key and you can head straight up to your room.

Is there parking?

We don't have a designated parking lot.

We're super central, so you can walk almost everywhere.

What amenities are provided?

A bed, fresh linen, a window, a place to hang your clothes, a chair, and a light.

You'll also have access to:
Almost-private shared bathrooms
Communal kitchen
Fast Wi-Fi
A very central location

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, taxes are included in the booking price offered.

However, the the city of Lisbon (this has nothing to do with the hostel) requires tourists to pay a “Tourist Tax” of €4 per night up to a maximum of €28. You will be asked to pay this value at check-in if you haven’t paid yet at the reservation.

Luggage Storage

Because we keep things simple and aren't always on-site, we don't offer luggage storage at SATURDAYS.

It's one of the ways we keep our prices fair and let you enjoy more Lisbon for less.

The good news? We partner with Bounce, which has a convenient luggage storage location just around the corner.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

If you booked directly with us, you can modify or cancel your stay using the Guest Portal (you can access it through our welcome email).

If you made your reservation through an online platform (like Booking or Airbnb), any changes must be made directly through their system.
